Add the paper-piecing techniques to your quilting skills today. Learn this popular technique with a small investment of time and materials. Paper piecing allows you to achieve accurate results in finely detailed projects. Your little work of art will measure 12” when completed. Showcase your finished project on an Ackfield wire table stand.


Supply List:
"Little Gems" paper piecing quilt book
foundation papers WITH the "Forest Fire" pattern blocks printed on them
Fabrics needed for project:
       5 coordinating fat quarters for blocks (avoid larger and directional prints as the pieces are super small)
              or 5 scraps (that are the sizes of the fabric requirements in the book) from your stash  
       14"x14"square batting and backing (not needed for the class)
       binding (not needed for the class)
Fons and Porter water soluble fabric glue
Fine pins 
Aurifil cotton quilting thread and a filled bobbin  
Add-A-Quarter ruler
small cutting mat
rotary cutter (a small one would be handy)
iron and pressing mat to set beside your machine (or a Roll n' Press tool)
thread snips
